Man offices 08.30-18.00 (min) Monday to Friday.
Answer telephone calls within 5 rings.
Always have a director available for immediate decisions.
Answer all correspondence within one working week.
Return all missed calls by close of business.
Invoice agencies by Wednesday where details have been received.
Accommodate periodic requests for late timesheet assistance.
Not involve agencies in registration process.
Process all registrations by close of business next working day.
Never pay a subcontractor worker without a contract with them in place.
Pay everybody by close of business Friday following week worked.
Not allow bank holidays to delay payments to subcontractors.
Post remittance advices each Thursday.
