Charminster Construction has been trading since Spring 2003.  Providing the services of hundreds of temporary construction workers each week, we now deal on a regular basis with over a hundred different agencies all across the country.  We are also now supplying a growing number of building contractors.

We have gained a reputation for offering efficient, hassle-free, accurate and professional services, for a fair price.

Our retention rate for subcontractors is extremely high.  One of the reasons for this is that nobody is ever just a number to us.  We understand how important it is for workers to receive money accurately and on time.  Far from wanting to keep hold of this money, we measure our efficiency by the lack of money we have in our account at the end of the week.  It is not in anyone's best interest to have payments owed to sub-contractors at the end of the week.

We do not advertise in the press at all.  Our entire database of temporary workers agencies and contractors has been built by reputation and word of mouth alone.
